While we do not deal with your patients directly (I.E. no patient collections) we do deal with your insurance carriers on a daily basis. We follow up closely behind each and every claim for prompt payment. We can even bill your patient statements monthly as part of your service. Remote Access to Your Data. This secure connection allows you to view patient accounts, print a variety of reports including patient ledgers, and the printing of informative, easy-to-read patient statements right in your own office. Remote Connection also allows you to use Medisoft's built-in scheduling program to schedule your patients. One of our trainers will work with you to explain your most common reports and how to use the scheduler free of charge.
