This allows us to catch errors before they even leave our office, provides a faster turnaround time for claims, and (bottom line) maximizes the cash flow for your office. While we do not deal with your patients directly (I.E. no patient collections) we do deal with your insurance carriers on a daily basis. We follow up closely behind each and every claim for prompt payment. We can even bill your patient statements monthly as part of your service.
We provide each office with remote access to your data. This secure connection allows you to view patient accounts, print a variety of reports including patient ledgers, and the printing of informative, easy-to-read patient statements right in your own office.
This remote connection also allows you to use Medisoft's built-in scheduling program to schedule your patients. One of our trainers will work with you to explain your most common reports and how to use the scheduler free of charge.

Perhaps more important than any of the above; however, is that the member of our certified billing staff that actually bills for your account will be your primary contact.
