Altigen VoIP Training
VoIP. We're A Certified Reseller!
The future of real time voice communications transmission is rapidly evolving away from the traditional phone systems with a phone line towards internet based delivery models. There are various options available for those wanting to get themselves trained in VoIP technology.
Without us the primary means of training are through tiring self-study coupled with confusing application mishalfs, expensive and uncomfortable classroom training and long drawn out e-learning.
We believe that the best training you can get should be given in a comfortable atmosphere
Trained in an environment that is familiar. Many studies have shown that people who are trained in a familiar environment learn better than those who are in an unfamiliar environment. When you are able to learn in a familiar environment the trainee will be better able to focus on the new material instead of their surroundings.
Onsite training is often preferable to many corporations because they are able to customize the learning experience. If the business has specific training requirements this can often be worked into the program, schedule, or time frame. It is important to us that our clients can customize the training program to meet their needs!
ON SITE TRAINING
After we do the installatin, we will train you how to use the hardware.
Fast and easy and in the comfort of your own office or home.
Employees feel more comfortable with each other and the new software when they learn together!
Specific training requirements can be customised to your schedule or time frame.
Dedicated trainers won't leave you. In fact we're alway reachable by either phone, e-mail, IM, or submission forms on our website!
Off-Site vs. On-Site Instruction Most reputable firms prefer on-site instruction if there are many employees about to get training. Otherwise, they may invite the trainees to an interactive training webinar.
The former option is better if you are looking for a comprehensive on-the-job training course, and the latter is appropriate if you want a more subject oriented session on a specific VoIP topic.
